We offer no questions asked 30 days returns. LOVE IT or RETURN IT. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • For claims during the 1 Year Guarantee period.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you think, you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account statement once again.

Then contact your bank / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at help@hummingdesk.com. Please do not return it without approval. Upon approval, you will be notified via email with instructions on how & where to return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Mostly, once we receive the product, replacement will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days.

If you are returning an expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Though most shipping companies offer upto £20 without tracking service upon lost in transit.
